MORTGAGE BROKER SCHOOL

American Construction School is planning on expanding our business to include mortgage broker licensing courses.  To do this we need a Licensed Mortgage Broker.  If you have a license and would like to make a few extra dollars, please contact us.  If you are currently an instructor at another institution, contact us to see if we can work something out to yours and our benefit. 

WHY?  Before the end of the year, every current mortgage broker is required to pass the Safe Act course and test.  There are 35k licensed mortgage brokers in Florida and we feel there aren't enough establishments to cover this demand in such a short period of time.  Also, all loan originators, who currently do not need licenses, will be required to obtain licenses. This could be financially beneficial to you as well as American Construction School.

What we expect from the licensed Mortgage Broker is someone knowledgeable of all of these new laws and someone who has the time to help us with all the criteria needed to obtain a providership.  This may include the creation of a course manual and an instructors manual.   Once everything gets approved you will be the instructor, that's where your will reap the greatest rewards.
